Hunan architecture design academy Hunan city planning research and design academy was founded in July 1952. It was awarded by national construction deparment with certificate of first class in architecture and public infrastructure industry, project survey, city planning, and intelligent system design and building. National development and reform committee awarded it with first class in project council, and Beijing China Quality Association issued certificate of ISO9001. it is granted the unique independent right to deal with foreign project. The academy covers 26 thousand square meters, with 35 thousand square meters of building and 50 million RMB fixed asset. By far, the

number of staff reaches 500, among which 120 are entitled with advanced professor title, 140 with intermediate professor title, meanwhile, more than 160 peoplehave obtained registered certificates for specific professions of all kinds, among 32 with superior registered architect, 41 with superior registered structural enginner, 19 with registered planning administrator, Over 85% of the staff are professional technicians.
　　The academy consists of 5 building design institutes and city planning institute, metropolitan environment engineer design institute, water environment project design institute, project estimate institute, project survey institute, Yangyin architecture studio, Huangjin architecture studio and production department, council service center, project contracting deparment, hunan architecture academy building project design council LTD, hunan huayu building project council LTD. Beyond Hunan province, there are 4 branches in Zhuhai, Hainan, Dongguan, Chongqin and Huayu international project council LTD in Hongkong.
　　We are mainly engaged in domestic or foreign industrial or civil architecture project, metropolitan environment project, planning, design, survey, council, and supervision of landscape and town project. We assure the quality of service with high and advanced technology, fully equipped building forces. Since the past 50 or so years, we have been involved in over 4000 projects. Grand projects overseas mount over 100 items.
　　Since 1980’s, Hunan architecture design academy Hunan city planning research and design academy was granted over 200 awards for superiority, over 40 awards for progress in science and technology field, 23 awards for provincial QC team,6 national patent from national provincial departmental certification committee. We have been being certified as “ trust pass, contract first” unit for 10 times and reputation of “ civilization building superior unit”.
